About Us

As Innermetrix African Development, we take on the functions of a catalyst, enabler, and change agent. We are passionate about giving individuals the tools they need to be their best selves, to take action and realize their dreams and goals, whether they are related to their personal, professional, or business lives.

When we facilitate, our main goal is for the communities we work with to build a sustainable process. So, our job is to help the groups manage their knowledge so they can get the desired results. And we follow training protocols in which we control both the content and the method.

We collaborate with businesses, communities, and other organizations in an engaging process geared at establishing precise, definable goals and holding our beneficiaries accountable for attaining them.

Support for female victims

We provide support for women from diverse backgrounds, from gender-based violence to gender-based discrimination, such as unequal work opportunities. We offer them the opportunity to master themselves so they can regain their place in society.
